VHS Conversion
Some people have precious memories on VHS tapes that they can no longer watch. Some don’t even remember what is on the tapes. Some people are just trying to declutter their space. Do any of these sound familiar?
As the years go by there is more risk of VHS tapes deteriorating and these memories being lost forever.
I also had VHS tapes lying around with years worth of intentions to get them converted. Here I’ll do the hard work for you and convert these memories to digital files where they will last. You can choose to have these VHS tapes saved to DVD, USB storage or a digital download.

Why not upgrade your converted files with some editing? As well as converting your VHS tapes to digital files, I can create an edited video for you. Think about how adding music or creating a montage out of a number of different videos might enhance your video.

We all have a lot of footage at home these days. Smart phones make it really easy to capture special moments, events and trips. For most people these videos just stay in the camera roll. Rarely to be rewatched.
I will take your video files and create a film that you’ll want to watch again and again. We combine all types of media including video, photos, music, artwork, voice recordings or scrapbook memories. Perhaps you have videos and photos from a recent holiday and want to revisit? Perhaps take all those baby videos and create a perfect gift for the grandparents?

Freelance Video Editor
Looking for a freelance video editor for a project? I usually work with Final Cut Pro and can also use Adobe Premiere. You can view my portfolio for some examples of my work. I have created travel vlogs, promotional videos, short films, wedding highlight reels and lots of other projects. Get in touch.
Once you’ve decided which service you want:
Get in touch - and then we can discuss a bit more about what you are after
Select what you want to send. Dust off those VHS tapes or select the media that you want to use in your film
Then you need to send them. For VHS tapes you can post them to me or for other media we can use a digital transfer service
I’ll make the magic happen
Then we’ll send you your finished products and return the original tapes (if applicable).
Just a few things to let you know. With VHS transfer the quality of the video won’t be perfect or as good as you are used to with digital media. That may seem obvious - that technology is OLD. And I am currently unable to repair VHS tapes - but if I feel that your tape might be damaged I will let you know and return your tape back to you to not damage it further.
